We
are in the early stages of discussing potential joint venture/partnership
agreements (and other appropriate contractual arrangements
and strategic alliances) with a number of domestic (U.S.)
and overseas partners/business relationships.
We have also identified a number of world-class EPC (turnkey)
contractors, fuel suppliers, equipment vendors and O&M
operators and have had substantive discussions with them
regarding establishing joint ventures and strategic alliances
on some of the projects that we intend to pursue within
our pipeline.
