We
are conducting due diligence investigations of a number of
projects (greenfield development and generating assets) where
our project development, engineering and financial skills
and expertise represent a synergistic fit and will produce
significant value-added contributions to our customers and
investors.
In addition, to increase our deal-flow, we are targeting
a diversified portfolio of power projects (of a wide variety
of fuel types and technology configurations, etc.). We will
execute these transactions as well as undertake certain
strategic acquisitions as a platform for growth, expansion
and enhanced profitability, as and when necessary and prudent
to do so pursuant to our investment criteria.
